The first day of school for Kindergarten students is Wednesday,Year End Awards Assembly: Thursday, June 27 at 9:45am
Our year end awards assembly will begin at 9:45am. We expect the assembly to run for about an hour. After the assembly the students will have recess break. After recess the students will return to their classrooms to receive their year end report cards prior to dismissal at 11:43am.
Welcome to Kindergarten: Tuesday, May 28th from 5-6:30pm
We will be hosting our annual Welcome to Kindergarten event tomorrow night from 5:00 to 6:30pm. This is an event for our Kindergarten students starting in the Fall of 2019. We look forward to having time to introduce our future students to our school.
CM Finch School Carnival Friday, May 24: Volunteers Still Needed
If you are able to help volunteer at our school carnival please contact the school at (250) 785-8580. We need help to make this a successful event. Volunteering can be as little as 30 minutes!
Lockdown Practice Today at 11:30am:Thursday, May 16th
We will be practicing our Lockdown procedure today at 11:30am. This is a safety requirement for our school. Similar to a Fire Drill we are doing this to practice our procedures in the event of a real emergency.
Volunteers Needed for The School Carnival: May 24th
We require parent volunteers to help run the school carnival on Friday, May 24th from 6-8pm. We need parents to help for as little as 30 minutes. It is essential that we get your help to make the carnival a success.
Spring Fling Tonight at Finch from 6-8pm
This is a family friendly dance. Students must be accompanied by an adult, and are asked to bring a nut free snack to share.
Class Photos and Kindergarten Grad Photos: Monday, April 8th
On Monday, April 8th Mountain West Studios will be at our school in the morning to take class photos and Kindergarten graduation pictures. Kindergarten photos will have proofs. Parents can order their Kindergarten Grad Photos from the proofs.
