I just wanted to confirm that our school will remain closed to students after spring break for the foreseeable future. The week of Monday, March 30th to Friday, April 3rd will be used as collaboration and planning time for our staff.
Please see the link below for information regarding travel and self quarantine recommendations from the provincial Health Ministry. As this Pandemic is a fluid situation recommendations may change during the foreseeable future.
We would like to take this opportunity to wish everyone a restful spring break. The last day of school will be Friday, March 13th (We are asking students to dress in green on this day). School will be closed for the following two weeks.

School will be dismissed at 1:43pm (1 hour early) on Wednesday, March 11th and Thursday March 12th. This time is meant fro teachers to conference with parents about their child’s term two report card. Report cards are being sent home on Monday March,
Wednesday, February 26th is Pink Shirt Day. This is a day that encourages Anti-Bullying. We are encouraging everyone to wear a pink shirt tomorrow in support. If you do not have a pink shirt, we have shirts for sale in the office for $10.
This is just a friendly reminder that school will be closed on Thursday, February 20th and Friday, February 21st for the BC Winter Games. School will also be closed on Monday, February 24th as it is a Non-Instructional Day.

Last weekend there was a
devastating fire in our neighbourhood affecting two of our families. We want to
help these families through this difficult process. At school on Friday afternoon,
we are hosting a Hot Chocolate Fundraiser with all funds going to help the
families.
Kindergarten registration at our school is filling up very quickly. If you live in our neighbourhood and have a child turning five this calendar year please sign them up for Kindergarten ASAP as space is limited.
